GENERAL CONDITIONS
The registration fee for the SMART GRID FORUM – 18th Latin American Smart Grid Forum includes: full participation in all conference sessions, event materials, simultaneous translation, coffee breaks, opening cocktail, and free access to the exhibition area. Lunches are not included.
SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATION
Simultaneous translation Portuguese–English and English–Portuguese will be provided.
MATERIAL DISTRIBUTION
Printed copies of presentations are not included. At the discretion of speakers and organizers, authorized presentations will be made available later to registered participants, either digitally or online, at no additional cost.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Please visit the event homepage (www.smartgrid.com.br). When contacting hotels, please mention the SMART GRID FORUM event.
PARKING
Parking is not included in the registration fee. The Frei Caneca Convention Center offers paid parking facilities.
PROGRAM
The full program will be provided to all registered participants upon check-in at the event’s registration desk on October 6–7, 2026. Program details are subject to change without prior notice.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received by July 31, 2026 will be refunded at 70% of the total amount paid. After this date, no refunds will be made; however, participant substitutions are allowed.
